Our Cabin Policies – 50% is due at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable 14 days before arrival. All early cancellations are charged $30. The final 50% due 7 days prior to arrival, it is non-refundable once it is processed. All reservations are paid in full 7 days prior to arrival and we will give no refunds or credits on this final payment. Check in time is 4:00 pm or after and check out time is 11 am..
This final payment is non-refundable. No refunds on early departures. All bookings cancelled due to bad weather in Garfield (such as ice & snow) need to be rebooked and used within 90 days of cancellation, can not be used on a Holiday. Voucher only good 90 days from cancelled dates.
